I first got into this kind of reluctantly but fell in love with it almost instantly. From music to the weirdest comedy I loved it all.
First of all the music is amazing (for pop lovers it is). The anime has its own little band that performs a number of songs over the duration of the anime which is awesome.
Of course we can't get past the comedy within the story. From sarcastic jokes to slap stick comedy I'm pretty sure they've tried it all. My favourite episode is definitely when they start doing the tests its an episode that has you laughing from beginning to end.
The dialogue in both Japanese and English (not sure if its on Anime-Access) is good. The songs are in Japanese either language so it made little difference to me.
Ok Story wise its good filled with comedy and also serious bits here and there. There are some episodes that are a bit boring (1 or 2...personal opinion) but its still a pretty good storyline.
So yes for comedy lovers do enjoy this anime. Those interested in music you may be interested in it too as there is a number of songs in it. There's also action for those looking for a funny action anime and of course even a tiny dose of romance.
