Just finished watching this series and while it was a good watch I just wish it had wrapped things up a bit better at the end. Granted it is a short series so not a lot can happen in just 12 eps but still it's one of the typical endings that are kind of left open for the viewer to decide...
As another reviewer mentioned, the animation is fantastic - bordering on CGI in several scenes. Also, the music is GREAT! I downloaded all the opening and ending themes (except the Spaceman ending).
I'm surprised the synopsis doesn't include 'ecchi' in the description as it has borderline nudity (hazy of course) and definite sexual situations involving 16 yo's! But what else would you expect from catgirls? :P
The main element that kept me watching was the rivalry between the 3 lead female characters. Of course they are all somehow attracted to the nerdy, average looking hero of the series (go figure). I will give Kio props for being somewhat braver and more assertive than a lot of the nerdy, average looking heroes that populate these semi-harem anime.
All in all, a fun series with plenty of fanservice (especially early on) although for as short a series as this was it still basically had what amounted to a 'filler' episode which was a bit frustrating as they could've used more character development in the relationship area.. ah well.
Watch it you'll like it...
