In the distant future, a polluted world has been overtaken by havoc-wreaking creatures called filth monsters. Humanity, having been forced to relocate itself, must live in isolated mobile cities called Regios. A mysteriously skilled fighter named Layfon Alseif enrolls in the Academy city of Zuellni and is immediately noticed by Nina Antalk, leader of the 17th Military Arts Unit. this anime is not bad. i guess the story is kinda taking it's time to develop but other than that the story is not soo bad. i mean it keeps you wanting to know more about the characters and what's going to happen next. also, animation is not bad. it's not like some anime where time is soo limited that the drawing looks like it was rush where as this anime i think they took their time in drawing every little detail. ^^ i do love the fighting a lot though cuz there's not a lot of anime out there where you get to see some cool action beside bleach and naruto. magic, fighting and killing big bugs is not bad. all in all i give this anime a 4/5.
