Anime isn't for the faint of heart. There is a whole lot of gore involving people's body parts being ripped off in the worst possible fashion by our schizophrenic antagonist/protagonist. Nudity has an innocent touch to it showing breasts in a non-sexual mannor. But there is probably as much nudity as there is gore surprisingly. Story has a few twists. Is one of the most phycological anime's i have seen. In the beginning of the anime the character sustains head trauma causing her personality to split in twain. One a cold hearted murder the other a innocent little cutety pie.
