Summary:
After the outbreak of the unidentified virus "Lost Christmas" in 2029, Japan has been under the control of a multi-nation organization called GHQ. Ohma Shu is a 17 year old boy who has a psychic power in his right hand. He can use the power "Ability of King" to extract tools or weapons from his friends. He has been avoiding making trouble for others but his life changes when he meets a girl Yuzuriha Inori, a member of a resistance guerrilla group called "Undertaker", whose members pilot mecha weapons to fight against the government.
This anime was done very well and we shouldn't be expecting any more seasons of Guilty Crown considering the ending tied up all of the loose ends as far as I'm concerned.
The story seems like a rehash as far as what take place, but the actual "story" did put a different spin on it that I have not seen in an anime before. It also explains pretty much how everything came about without getting technical and taking away from the enjoyment of the series.
Without going any farther and possibly accidentally adding a spoiler into my review... I believe that if your looking for an action packed anime that has some romance and a sprinkling of comedy, you should watch this one! It's not too long at 22 ep. and you get a definite ending that doesn't leave you hanging.
