A classic that should be watched

While, simply put, it is a about sociopathic vampire killing other vampires, Hellsing wouldn't be so enjoyable were it not for the contrast of the other main characters bound by inexperience, responsibilities or age providing an interesting balance to the immortal freedom of the vampire Alucard.
