Colin MacLeod, the immortal Scottish Highlander, travels with the wise-cracking ghost Amergan in search of the immortal despot Marcus Octavius, who killed Colin's lover on the Celtic plains centuries earlier. this anime is great and hell a lot better than the movie and TV series ,the characters are well made and colin has a reason to revenge for his wifes death and also that every woman that he meets is actually a version of his wife but only his wife is in his eyes.i didnt really hate marcus ,even though it was made so he would be hated but i liked him ,,,,he was the almighty character that sees the greater picture.and this movie is actually the short and consis version of the long story and has all the nessesary material to make a wonderful story line .in short ,,it is amazing and worth the watch!!!!
