Comedy in this anime is hilarious. From ninjas with pathetic skills to unusual and weird scenarios this anime has it all. This is an anime of pure comedy no real storyline its similar to a collection of OVAs. However being the adaptation of the manga it is very well done.
The characters are a good mix. The fast reflexed assassin and normal (kind of stupid/naive) girl spending time together. Reminds me of FMP! but at the same time its not at all like FMP!.
The animation suits the genre. A laidback sort of anime where there being no seriousness has bright and vibrant colours.
I'd have to say that the German greetings in each episode were unexpected but a unique and effective way of easing people into the anime.
This is an anime calling to all school life comedy lovers. For those who want a solid storyline then this anime is not for you. I'd say this is one of those anime you watch when you're feeling really down and need something light and happy to cheer you up and make you roll on the floor crying with laughter. Anyone who loved the manga then I highly recommend this anime to you
