After watching 4 episodes, i was overall very impressed with this anime, and i'm here to correct the reviewer "darkzombie" who tries so hard to sound like he knows what he's talking about. He first talks about the anime being "cliché", i myself hate when any type of movie is overly cliché but trust me when i say this anime isn't. If anything, it is the opposite, if you say this movie is cliché then any movie with the main character being a a boy or a girl, involves humans, a story, a plot and a obstacle are all cliché. In my opinion it is fine to be somewhat cliché as long as it is executed correctly, which this anime does in a spectacular fashion.
He also continues to give away most of the story and details of the anime, and i hate when people do that because it takes away from the anime watching experience, instead of giving a more general description so that people may decide whether or not to watch it, he tells them every little detail, so they might as well not watch the anime since they alrdy know most of the story.
Im the type of person that after watching many trash anime series, has the ability to drop animes the instant i sense it going sour, mostly in the 1st episode. This anime was executed in a way that it has mange to keep my attention for at least 4 episodes, largely due to the impressive structure, well written comedy, smart dialogue that it presents.
What the "darkzombie reviewer" is not understanding is that this is design to be the genre of a action comedy, therefore story wise it is very well written when reminded of it's genre. Since he has a zombie in his name, I bet he's a person who likes high school of the dead, which is a horror, action, mystery, and thus should have a more compelling storyline. So what this anime lacks in story, it makes up for it by having very smart and funny humor, but the plot is very well written, thus making this into a very great anime so far...(4 episodes). Also I personally believe that high school of the dead is trash but it is very enjoyable to watch, but i don't want to get into that...
anyways i just hate when people criticizes anime in the most stupid way, no offense to the reviewer.
