It was alright...

I loved this show for several episodes. Was fascinated with the animation and the characters and the stories behind them all and how they were developing into great ninjas.... until I got to a certain episode (135)... then it just went straight downhill from there. The main character really never progressed past this point. Had I known what I do now, I would have stopped at that episode and moved onto the other part of this series right then. (Shippuden)

This is another show that has entirely too much filler! Now, don't get me wrong, some of the filler was entertaining. Other fillers made no sense at all or were so tediously boring that people suggest skipping them all together. There are plenty of websites that will tell you which episodes to skip if you look.

I would suggest this show to a younger crowd who can have fun with the short stories that bounce around the main one. I would not suggest this show to someone who just wants a straight point A to point B plot with cool stuff in between.
