| Summary: |
Himura Kenshin is a vagabond with a dark past and sunny disposition. Not a ronin but a rurouni, he was never a samurai, but an assassin of utmost skill in the Meiji restoration, who in the turning point of the war simply walked away. His travels lead him to Tokyo in the 11th year of the Meiji era, where he befriends a female Kendo master, a former thief, a brawler and a doctor all with their own secrets. Together they fight off the enemies surfacing from the dark past that Kenshin cannot escape. |

if you are the kind of guy searching for some excellent anime or a samurai fan then there is no other anime better that this.. ranked on top on almost all the anime sites, u cannot say u have seen enough anime i u haven't see it.. it was one of the first anime i watched and since the only thing i like anymore are anime.. the story revolves around a legendary swordsman who has given up on killing people and has became a wanderer.. but finds a place to stay and friends to live with, and the adventure continues...
