This anime is about student council. The story is very funny, you can laught easily with this one. However, this anime not suit for children, because most gags is generally for adults and teenagers.
The story is not special but very funny. Animation is good. Characters acting and gags are smoothly connect and not hard to understand, so you can laugh easily.
If you want funny and easy watching anime (and not anti dirty Joke!!), this one is very good.
