There's only three episodes out so far, yet for that, I found this show to be definitely enjoyable.
Servant x Service is a comedy, and comedies have rarely run on story. This one doesn't either. Though the pacing is effective, it's not into plot, and it's not exactly into character introspection either. Characters in general, dialogue, and entertainment are another thing, however. The setup and cast entirely play on the lighter side of the adult workplace, still the jokes are generally relatively clean, except for Yamagami's breasts :P. Each main character has some or another funny motivation to be joining civil service and/or oddly well-working work ethics. The resulting situations are fairly typical, yet there's enough over-the-top craziness, antics, and funny lines to keep me watching. It's not something to go for if you're looking for all realism, since it tends to grind down or slightly ridicule the sharp edges of working in civil service, however it's relaxing and funny enough. The visuals and the musical score aren't all special, yet they're not a pain on the eyes either, and the voice-acting certainly helps to amplify the general experience. I only hope they're not making it an all-out romantic comedy; the last episode had some implications I definitely wasn't expecting. IMHO we've got enough romcoms out there, but we'll see with time.
SxS is not all new, yet it's different enough to be both relaxing and entertaining, and it helps that it's not completely lacking brains. I don't think it has the potential to take the favourite position for me, nevertheless I'll definitely keep my eyes open for the rest of the episodes.
7.5/10 from me so far, not the best, however a likable show.
