This is one of the funniest anime series that I have ever watched. I have seen some animes with some wild twist, but this one was able to mix mermaids and the yukuza in a middle school romance, and this equals nothing short of a recipe for hilarity. I also like that fact that it was a longer romance series that really was able to have some really good character development, and even though it is a longer romance series, all the episodes are still fresh and each one is more funnier than the last.

If you can imagine Yuri on Ice! meets Holmes of Kyoto, then this is it. Slow paced but gripping. Boy-Love but not distasteful...
