Truth be told, when I heard about this anime at first, I was immediately interested. High school setting, comedy orientated, club-based activities etc. All of which are facets I enjoy in anime. However, when I started watching it - I started to notice that this anime has a LOT more to it than just humor.

Yes, the majority of this anime does revolve around being funny, but the sense of humor that this anime has is simply INSANE! It is SERIOUSLY funny, almost all of the time! I find myself bursting out with laughter so many times, so much more than any other comedy-oriented anime I've watched! Then there's the individual styles of humor that each of the characters have - all of which are brilliantly pulled off. I cannot put into words just how hilarious this anime is! All of the main characters are very likable in their own ways as well. Each episode is enjoyable, and there has not been a single episode that was not fun to watch.

Most importantly though, as I said that there's a lot more to this anime than just humor. What I mean by that is that there is actually a lot of depth to each character. Underlying tones of things that can be considered "more serious" than simple comedy. The background stories of the main characters, for example, are so well told and so in depth, also the way it is told - to put it plainly - is tear jerking. There are aspects of romance, slice of life, drama, extreme sadness, and a lot more. This anime manages to incorporate all of these aspects seamlessly, and it never feels out of place at all. When else can you laugh AND cry at the same time?
Watch this anime. Believe me, you will not and simply can not regret it.
