When there is story its good, but......

I thought the first season had a few filler episodes, this season has only had the equivalent of maybe 2 episodes of actual story (I'm at 8 doing this review).
The story is great except when Tomoki is being completely preverted and on the verge of needing a special sign in his front yard. He has been one foot tall most of the season. I don't understand how anyone associates with him considering he is like this most of the time. This season would get much better rating if it wasn't filled with useless perverted episodes that do nothing for the storyline except make the audience wonder why anyone talks to the main character.
