First of all, I've written to excellent review for xXx Holic and xXx Holic Kei
And second... I did not like this one, and I'll tell you why. When they made the animation for xXx Holic they decided to drop the links between xXx and Tsubasa Chronicles; not saying that it was a good or bad decision, but that's how they did it. If you, like me, have been seeing xXx Holic without seeing Tsubasa Chronicles this OVA wont make any sense to you. Its a mix of events that never happened in the anime series, with a rather bad story arc... and the inclusion of elements from Tsubasa just make it worse.
You could simply skip this one and go see xXx Holic Rou.
