.hack//Roots is the prequel to the .hack//G.U. videogames. It follows the story of Haseo, a Multi-Weapon and member of the Twilight Brigade guild. In the year 2015, CC Corp. I stumbled upon .hack//Roots just after I had finished watching '.hack//legend of the Twilight' series. I wanted to see what happened after this series or even previous to it, as i had found it so interesting, so I searched the net for .hack// and found Roots. It was an interesting series, the main character Haseo was a depressed teen who decided to play a video game where he found a place which gave him hope - his guild. It is a descent story, quite emotional between the characters, and it sustained suspense through its few interesting twists. (read more)
