This is a basic baseball anime in which the story surrounds baseball, friendship and family. The main character Harada Takumi is an ego person but deep inside he cares about the people around him without showing it. He aims to enter the national baseball competition but the story ends without showing it, which for me is a regret for such well developing story to stop abruptly. The animation is wonderfully drawn and the opening as well as ending songs are nice too.
