Great anime, great manga...not so great fillers

The manga was amazing, so I started watching the anime. I also really liked the anime; the dialogue was serious and funny. The story twists and turns and there's a lot of good action. The only thing that I don't like are the fillers. They're not original, so they're not as good as the real story. Sometimes you're at the best part of the story, then the fillers come in and they screw things up. That's why I like to skip fillers.
Summary:
Good:
Animation, dialogue; interesting story, lots of likable characters.

Bad:
Fillers. And if you don't like long stories and are thinking of watching Bleach, you may be overwhelmed with the number of episodes, as with a few friends of mine.
