I would just like to clarify a point made by Kigera.
The reason the first pervert mentioned always pulls out a bowl of rice and eats it when around a girl he likes is because of a japanese pun.
Rice is the main part to many Japanese meals and is eaten with certain side dishes. The Japenese word for side dish is very similar to the Japanese word for a porn magazine or something arousing.
The joke is he wants to eat her up as the side dish to his rice. It's not really funny... Also it's hard for translators to explain japanese puns like this.

Otherwise, Green Green is mediocre. If you like Ecchi without much plot then this is perfect. The OVA for the anime happens to be hentai, which is good or bad depending on your reasons for watching it. (show less)

When I see the tag "slice of life", I immediately assume the anime is going to be "somewhat" realistic. So yeah....green green definetly isn't remotely close to slice of life. The actual name of this anime should be called "Pervs R Us" because that's basically what the show is about. Perverts, perverts, perverts. Normally that's a good thing but this show makes the whole ecchi thing overwhelmingly redunant. At least in every episode you got the same group of clowns, doing the same perverted things towards the same girls. If this was really slice of life then they'd be in jail already (one guy actually sneaks into a girl's room and decides to sleep right beside her while she sleeps.)

But the one thing that's really really annoying, is the lack of "normal" characters in the series. Crazy charaters is okay. Too many of them is a freaking problem. Here is a general ideal of what you're going to be dealing with.

Pervert Guy 1- For some reason, this guy randomly pulls out a bowl of rice and eats it whenever he comes into contact with the girl he likes. WTF. He did this also when he snuck into her room and watched her sleep.
Pervert Guy 2- Fat, plays with his man boobs and occasionally leaps into the air naked, in attempts to land atop of unsuspecting females
Pervert Guy 3- A friggin moron who thinks he's attractive. Enough said
Stalker Girl- The main heronie. Somebody needs to tell this chick to take a freaking hint.
Normal Guy- Although the heroine is a stalker. Who the hell turns down the goodies? Another wimp main character.
Crazy Girl 1-Her best friend and the person she talks the most to in the series is a.......cactus. Yeah.....
Ugly Girl- As perverted as the 3 guys if not more(SHOCKING), and happens to be ugly as hell.
Batsh*t Crazy Teacher-So if you don't pay attention in class.......you get hit in the head with a vase? Hmm...

The sad part is, the people I just named off are like 98% of the total cast. Way too many weirdos in this show and the bio for this anime clearly forgets to add the fiction category. (girl magically appearing out of nowhere on a school bus not wearing a school uniform and still given no explanation for this time warp despite currently being on episode 8)

All in all, it's not bad. It's just not that good either. If you like hentai more then anime, this is for you. Definetly for you. For those of you looking for the greatest love story of all time. This ain't it buddy. (show less)
