Explaining Japanese humour

I would just like to clarify a point made by Kigera.
The reason the first pervert mentioned always pulls out a bowl of rice and eats it when around a girl he likes is because of a japanese pun.
Rice is the main part to many Japanese meals and is eaten with certain side dishes. The Japenese word for side dish is very similar to the Japanese word for a porn magazine or something arousing.
The joke is he wants to eat her up as the side dish to his rice. It's not really funny... Also it's hard for translators to explain japanese puns like this.

Otherwise, Green Green is mediocre. If you like Ecchi without much plot then this is perfect. The OVA for the anime happens to be hentai, which is good or bad depending on your reasons for watching it.
