KissXSis is one of the most ecchi series I've seen so far but it isn't the kind of ecchi I've seen so far. Usually you'd expect seduction, big breasts and panty shots. KissXSis went beyond that. There was always some kind of tension and it didn't always stay innocent.

The story is original but I felt they could make it a little deeper. I would have liked to see more of the main-characters past and the reason for the current situation.

There were some really funny moments and conversations but also a lot of pointless chatter. You see this quite often but sometimes the characters just said each other's names.

No remarks on the animation. It's pretty recent and you can tell.

KissXSis isn't the most funny series I've seen up until now and sometimes the ecchi was too bizarre for me to handle. If you think you can handle it or if you're into this kind of thing, you should watch it. (a friend of mine really liked it) (show less)

This echi series is jaw dropping, breath taking and funny in a spontaneous/perverted way. They managed to be creative in every episode and keep an open mind to which sister will win. A guy can look at this as a girl next door movie, except she has a sister and they're both -very- daring. A girl might see it more like a Twilight series, 'who will he end up with?' and/or 'who's heart will he break?'.

Even though it may be a little on the girly side, I will tell you to give it a chance before throwing it to the side. I give plenty of credit to this anime for I usually don't go for this type, but it's genuinely kept me entertained. (show less)

Story average (3/5) : The story doesn't make sense. And believe me, the only logical part is, ironically, that the guy is attracted to his step-sisters, THAT is understandable. But anything else in the anime is weird. The situation are simply not logical. Maybe it's for comedy effect, but I don't sense it either.

Dialogue good (4/5) : a lot and a lot of ecchi/sex related dialogue in the first 2 episodes which is OK for an ecchi anime of this kind.

Animation good (4/5) : it's not as good as Angel Beat but it's "watchable"

Entertainment good (4/5) : the ecchi parts are entertaining. french kisses, sex simulation, "embarassing" situation and wierd parents who acually are mad at their boy because he thinks his step sisters are "sisters" before "girls?" lol ! (show less)
