Ok, this might be considered as a very creative, an original artwork, we often do not have opportunity to see psychological thriller anime such as this one. But I watched a lot of horror non animated films with a very similar plots and when I saw Perfect Blue there was nothing new and fresh, it was a predictable story with predictable characters. Musical theme was not enough convincing and satisfying that could bring a tension and creeps which is typically for good horror moments. Visually, generally anime looks good with a ordinary characters animation and some good bloody scenes. This anime is good but it's nothing special. (show less)
