I'm not sure which came first, the chicken or the egg, but this totally reminded me of a shallower version of other series like My Hime, or even Fate/Stay Night.

The humour in this series is good. I definitely laughed out loud on more than a few occasions. However, I'd have to say it's basically hentai-lite. Plenty of oppai and definite sexual situations. Not one you could show to kids or your parents. Which in a way is too bad, since overall I'd say it's good enough to be a keeper otherwise.

I enjoyed the humour, the animation didn't detract other than the oversized appendages, and the characters were engaging. If you can handle the nudity, this was an enjoyable series. (show less)

Sekirei is a combination of a couple of things: supernatural women with huge breast and incredible powers who instantly fall in love with certain people, form harems around those persons and fight with girls from other harems.
This may sound negative but I didn't mean it like that. It's easy to see how this show tries to appeal to its viewers and it really is appealing!

The story seems like it was made up to fit the genres that were aimed for: action and harem-comedy. It does have a deeper background story but after the first season I still know little of it.

Usually the conversations are good. I've never found them annoying but they have made me laugh. The characters can be a bit predictable and repetitive but that makes it even more funny.

No comment on animation. It seemed good but I watched low quality so I couldn't appreciate it fully.

Sekirei was an entertaining series. I liked the outro and it was cool how it was always a bit different. Especially the last episodes of this season were really good. (show less)

Story (4/5) : The story hidden inside this "comedy/ecchi" is actually good. A city became a battlefield of Sekirei, mostly females who must be "winged" by someone by kissing them. I have to admit, the "sexual" content is kind off lame and this serie could have been better without them.

Dialogue (3/5) : Stupid jokes, repetetive, ...

Animation (4/5) : The fights are well done, the only thing wrong with this show is the size of the boobs... they're out of proportion and are way too big for the size of their bodies.

Entertainment (4/5) : The fight scene are great, the sexual jokes can be lame sometimes though... (show less)
