Summary: Seina is a teenage boy with the worst luck in the universe... literally. He starts out as a highschool student. Then his luck changes... sort of. On his way to his friend's house seina passes by his cousin, Tenchi Masaki's house. Where he meets a beautiful girl, Amane Kaunac who hands him a packet and a pamphlet while attempting to seduce him. From there his life takes a turn for the odd. Antics abound as Seina's luck follows him wherever he goes.
