| Summary: |
After being devastated in the third World War (known as The Third Division), Japan was divided in two. Several years after the end of the war, a crime organization called Vischio has taken control of the destroyed city of Toshima (formerly Tokyo, Japan's capital city), where they are holding a battle game known as "Igura". The is main character, a young man named Akira, is falsely accused of a crime. Once arrested, a mysterious woman appears before him, offering him freedom if he agrees to participate in Igura and defeat Igura's strongest man: the king, or "Il-re". The story follows Akira's life in the harsh, lawless Toshima as he fights both to survive and to unravel the mysteries developing around him. |

Well I just liked the city. urban fantasy somehow. but the charactars are really bad.

This show meant to be a great but it blew up with a lame, pathetic characters and poor dialogues. I really didn't like the main characters, especially Akira, Rin and smartass Nicole Premiere. They were whining and irritating. My favourite was Kiriwar but he rarely showed up. Character designs should be better because they all look the same, they just have a different hair color. It's a pity, I was expecting a good, intense fight and survivor story but turned out an average boy on boy action.

After watching the first 6 episodes of this series, I just had to write something about it. I started watching the series looking for a new 'gore factor' anime but what I found was an over-powered homosexual drive to what is, at best, a weak told story. Normally after the first 2-3 episodes, something emerges, something that pulls you further into the story and makes you want to know more but all ive found is a medicore mystery of the guy with the long katana who has an ever lasting lust for blood (which is shown to you without any animation of ( read more)

The main character nickname is 'Lost' and I think that pretty much describes this anime to me. I keep watching and waiting for something to happen but it doesnt. I give this a 2 out of 5. ( show less)
