I am seeing all these comments about how they're complaining about the BL and shotacon. But if people could actually read they would have known ahead of time instead of "wasting" their time. In the summary it states "WARNING: Hentai, Yaoi, Shotacon, Gender-Bender, Censored." Hmm, well???

I am a huge yaoi fan and I only watch this for the nice animation. The story was poor, there were a bit more sex scenes than there should be. I get that this is a hentai but to be honest, this was an overload on sex. The dialogue was average. It wasn't the best I have heard but definitely not the worst. The animation was excellent! Every movement and action was very smooth and I appreciate that. The entertainment was good. In my opinion I think that it would be a bit more enjoyable without so many sex scenes, back to back. I have heard a lot of controversy on Boku no Pico since moving to North America, and since most people tend to down rate something they don't like without watching it, i gave it a shot. To start this off, the title literally means "My Pico" a very uncreative title, and I have since regretted wasting an hour of my life that i will never get back again, Aside from the horrible nonexistent story plot and Pico continuously gasping and moaning like a bitch with a vibrator up her snatch every chance he gets, ....Wait i can't think of any good points to counter that........The sex scenes have been the down fall of this anime. As it is true underage sex with a minor (Statutory rape) and i don't think it is except-able in either Japan or North America. Those of you who do watch it and enjoy it should have their heads checked and further more Boku no Pico should follow the same path as the Horrific raping game "Rapelay" If you like Yaoi or Boys love, Then i Recommend Free! or Love Stage!! Not this sad excuse of an Anime. (show less)

I don't find anything wrong with this anime, people hate this because they don't like the concept of Yaoi and they downvote this just because they don't like yaoi. For people who actually like this kind of thing might think it's really good. I myself is neutral I don't mind this kind of thing, but I don't practice it myself. Here is my opinion on what this anime is truly built of.

Story: Good
- Why? Well it is a well written story of a young boy's romance. Though the story could have had more meaning to it.

Dialogue: Average
- The Characters in the story love each other, but never actually say why they love each other. Thus making them look like a bunch of boys with sexual desires

Animation: Average
- The animation was kinda plain, nothing that really catches the eye.

Entertainment: Good
- Great to watch it the first time, but after that you tend to lose interest. (show less)
