"Something New''

After seeking for an anime that will entertain me and give me something new I have finally found this anime. i have watched all of the seasons and I have to say I really enjoyed it, especially season two. People say that season 1 is bad, but the truth is that it is there for people to understand the story line and get a chance to know the characters better.
This season has many surprises and overall I personally think that this anime was very surprising, exciting and funny at times !!

I watched this right after seeing Another (a great series for fans of this genre). Although it was rather slow(I really got into the series I think after the last few arcs) it was worth it in a sense, you'll get that how-the-hell-did-that-happen feeling on some of the first few episodes and get the oh-shit-so-that's-what-happened feeling on the last few.

If you have too much time on your hands you should try this.

P.S. the animation and the art gets better on the second season(and of course the CONCLUSIONS!), that's something to look forward (read more)

All-in-all, this was a really good series. It kept me on my toes all the time, making me feel like I have to watch the next episode right away. That suspenseful feeling is really thrilling. It did become slightly confusing because you skip around plots and time frames a lot, but it's really worth. Still, I'm never watching it again. It was so creepy, and I watched it alone... It made me jumpy for weeks. I couldn't stop watching it and its sequels, though, but like I said, I don't think I could watch it again, especially alone. If you have (read more)

This show is dark, but it also has a lighter side that makes the dark parts actually seem so much more disturbing. The story is a little hard to follow, but if you pay attention you should be able to get it for the most part.

This anime is pretty amazing. However I want to warn younger viewers first as this anime has some disturbing scenes that might be shocking.
When you start watching this, you would think its funny and the animation might seem childish.
But this changes pretty fast when the main character discovers that not everything is as it seems...
The storyline is pretty unique as each arc is a story on its own. I dont want to spoil to much so I would just suggest you start watching this :-).
In my opinion this should be on your list if you like horror/mystery (read more)

This anime is very good, but it is a bit violent, and there is almost at least a single person dying in every chapter. If you do not like violence or scary stories, I advice you not to watch it, as it is quite scary too. The characters in the anime might look quite childish, but the storyline is quite gory despite the appearance of the characters. The anime is quite good, since there is a 'chapter' for every main character, though it maybe confusing at first, after watching the first two chapters, you may get used to it. Sometimes I dislike this (read more)

This has a pretty good story. The whole series is divided in archs of about 4 episodes. Some archs are better than others depending on your taste: some are more horror, others thriller or even detective. Most archs take place at the same time but some events are altered which causes the outcome to change.

The dialogue is really well voiced. You can easily feel a change in atmosphere, subtle hints or threats.

More realistic art might have improved the effect of this anime but other than that I have no remarks on animation. Some scenes had some (read more)
