I've always been a fan of the x-men every since I can remember.The 90's cartoon was great and then x-men evolution happened which was lamesauce!...but then japan grabbed my childhood and expanded it into this great series before me.It's cool to see japans take on our american mutant heroes..they keep the characters moods and mannerisms the same as the american counterparts,the storyliine is great with sub-plots that keep u entertained.The animation and battles are top notch which is whats to be expected from madhouse they always do a great job.If u love/like x-men then this is the show you've been waiting for. I felt nervous about watching, yet again, another X-Men "reboot/spinoff". Having the original 1993 X-Men cartoon be a major part of my childhood, being the core of my nervousness. I can say that after only watching the first episode for about two and a half minutes, my nervousness completely subsided.

What a great show, this is! This is an X-Men fan service for anime fans! It has everything. Original X-Men(Cyclops, Jean Grey, Wolverine, Beast, and Storm), very stylish and very fluid artwork/animation, incredible voice work(pretty sure Wolverine is voiced by Takamura from Hajime no Ippo), and a great story. They even use the same "lingo" that the characters use in the old show/comics!

Overall, I am very pleased with this. I guarantee that if you're an X-Men fan, you will thoroughly enjoy this. (show less)

The 3rd part of the Mavel Anime Block is way better than the 1st two (Iron Man - Sucked and Wolverine - Average) anime bocks that came out. The artwork is way different from the first two and the overall quality way better than I expected. Of course the storyline has to revolve about <wait for it.......wait for it> Japan. The first 6 minutes of the fisrt episode had me like, WHOA...this is gonna be good. So now I wait in anticipation every week for this to come out. A very well job done on this one. Let's see how DC top this one once it reaches the American shores. (show less)

People like dark2040 are the reason there is so much b*tching and moaning on the internet. can you never be satisfied? can you not put past versions behind to accept a new version that may not be a replica but is actually is good? if you won't be satisfied by anything but a carbon copy of the original 90s cartoon, the why the f*ck do you bother watching anything else, you stupid little dumbf*ck.

just dont watch this if you are going to b*tch and moan that this isn't "the same". just don't watch any sequels/remakes/reboots/alternate versions etc. if you are going to hate it even before you start watching. (show less)
